ABSTRACT:
An overview of my Phd work at Fraunhofer ISE is given, which was to develop simulation capabilities for different kind of laser processes. The focus is on results for laser chemical processing (LCP), a liquid jet guided laser technology. Additionally, a ready-to-use simulation tool for laser processes is presented.
