Bio:

Mohamed graduated from Physics Department, Faculty of Science, Minia University, Egypt in 2013 with an Excellent degree with honor (3.82/4) and he was ranked the first out of the students in the department. Employments and Work Experiences: • Demonstrator at Physics Department, Faculty of Science, Minia University, Egypt from 6/01/2014 - 29/05/2018. •Assistant Lecturer at Physics Department, Faculty of Science, Minia University,Egype from 29/05/2018 till now. •Editorial Board Member of Semiconductor Science and Information Devices from 28/7/2019 to 27/7/2020. Awards: •The University award for the best master's thesis in Scientific Sciences (2018). •The International Scientific Publishing Award (2018). He is currently a PhD candidate at the Australian National University, Canberra with the major focus on passivating contacts for future crystalline silicon photovoltaics and receiving his research support from the ANU scholarship.
